I downloaded the new version of the upgrade advisor program and it still is telling me it can't run winsat. What does that mean? Is there a reason it can't run Winsat?

upgrade advisor program problems part 2 (new version)
That is most odd. I've downloaded, installed and ran both versions and they've both been fine, no errors at all. (On XP Pro, 32bit).
